Better nights sleep

Start Snoozing:
Studies have documented the effectiveness of lavender essential oil to induce sleep, Geranium essential oil for its ability to ease anxiety and tension and calm the mind, and Serenity Calming Blend for its ability to promote restful sleep.

My Faves:
1. Massage a few drops of Lavender, Geranium, or Serenity to the bottom of the feet before going to bed.
2. Add a few drops of Lavender, Geranium, or Serenity to a spray bottle filled with water and spritz bed linens and pillow before bedtime.
3. Add several drops of Lavender, Geranium, or Serenity to warm bath water and enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub.
4. Diffuse Lavender, Geranium, or Serenity in your room to create a relaxing, sleep-inducing environment.
